All activities of CM/ECF subscribers or users of this system for any purpose, and all access attempts, may be recorded and monitored by persons authorized by the federal judiciary for improper use, protection of system security, performance of maintenance and for appropriate management by the judiciary of its systems. By subscribing to CM/ECF, users expressly consent to system monitoring and to official access to data reviewed and created by them on the system. Reminder for Panel Trustees and Attorneys Appointed Under the Criminal Justice Act
Panel Trustees and attorneys appointed under the Criminal Justice Act who have court-authorized fee-exempt PACER accounts are reminded that the fee exemption only applies for limited purposes. Any transfer of data obtained as a result of a fee exemption is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the court. Therefore, fee-exempt PACER users must refrain from the use of software that shares or transfers electronic court records to third parties.
